Todd encouraged everyone to dream big and love without restraint.

Todd was born on September 21, 1977, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. He is survived by his children: Delilah Skye, Asa Oschen, Brody Aiden, Amelia Jane, and Henry Conrad. Also, his granddaughter, Ocean Josephine. His mother is Debb Andersen (Michael), and his father is Bob Keeling (Diane). A Life of Joy and Enthusiasm

As a baby, Todd didn’t crawl. Instead, he charmed everyone. He’d sit in a grocery cart and cheerfully say “Hi.” He split his time between Omaha and Florida, cherishing both families and their unique joys. Todd’s enthusiasm for life made him see wonder and possibility everywhere.

Education and Career

Todd graduated from Cocoa Beach High School, maintaining a strong connection to his loved ones. He would call his mother on her birthday to share in the awe of a Space Shuttle launch from Cape Canaveral, illustrating his love for the extraordinary. Todd’s approach to life was unique; what seemed like burdens to others, he saw as opportunities. He was always willing to help anyone and share what he had.

A Heart Full of Love

Family and friends were indistinguishable to Todd, and his love knew no bounds. He was not simple nor complex but a man who wanted to show and feel love.
