Tragic Death of 3-Year-Old Cooper Drake in Livonia, MI Following Tornado Accident on June 12

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the Livonia community mourns. 3-year-old Cooper Drake has passed suddenly. It has left many hearts deeply sad.

A Beloved Member of the Kickstart Family

Cooper was a cherished member of the Kickstart family, known for his infectious happiness and eagerness to learn. He formed a special bond with Coach Vic and made numerous friends among his “teammates” at the Livonia site.

A Joyful Spirit and Loving Son

To his parents, Cooper was flawless. His love for animals and vivid imagination enriched the lives of those around him, weaving countless tales and creating memorable experiences.

Adventurous and Kind-hearted

Cooper was always eager to join his cousins in any adventure, whether it was playing on Grandpa’s boat or building sandcastles for Grandma. His fondness for people extended beyond family, often engaging strangers in conversations at parks or grocery stores.

Funeral Arrangements

Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Vistatech Center – DiPonio Room, located at 18600 Haggerty Road, Livonia, MI 48152, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The funeral service will follow on Friday, June 14, 2024, also at the Vistatech Center – DiPonio Room.
