We announce with deep sadness that Judy B. Hartsell has passed away. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Judy departed on Thursday, June 13, 2024, following a prolonged illness. She was born on August 17, 1959, in Hartford, Connecticut. She was the beloved daughter of the late Normand and Patricia (Felber) Beaulieu.

Judy was a devoted wife to her late husband, Joseph “Joe” Hartsell, with whom she shared 23 wonderful years. Known for her kindness and selflessness, Judy always put the needs of others before her own. She loved her family and friends without wavering. Their memory of her will last forever.

Throughout her career, Judy was a shipping clerk known for her big heart. She was willing to help others. An animal lover, she always had a dog by her side, reflecting her nurturing spirit. It’s compassion and kindness imprinted a permanent mark on everyone she touched.

Funeral Services
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Hartford will host a funeral on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. After the service, they’ll bury Judy at St. Joseph Cemetery in Winsted.
