She was born on August 17, 1959, in Hartford, Connecticut. She was the beloved daughter of the late Normand and Patricia (Felber) Beaulieu.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Hartford will host a funeral on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. After the service, they’ll bury Judy at St. Joseph Cemetery in Winsted.
